#27 photo sequences of Wagner Ramos -

Quando conheci Wagner pensei que ele era goofy por andar tanto de switch e pela técnica. Andar e fotografar com ele além de ser divertido rende muitas imagens.

“When I first met Wagner I thought he was goofy because his switch is proper and he got mad technique. Shooting and skating with him is fun and we get a lot of footage“.

Estas são algumas sequências que fizemos na California.

#23 LRG x Duck Down hoodie contest

Duck Down Records is celebrating its 15th Anniversary having a collaboration hoodie with the clothing company Lifted Research Group.

Duck Down Records is a hip hop record label, famous as the home of Hip Hop collective Boot Camp Clik. Duck Down (whose name derived from Boogie Down Productions 1992 hit single of the same name) was originally established as a management company in 1994, then officially established as Duck Down Entaprizez in 1995 by rapper Buckshot of Black Moon and his business partner Dru-Ha. After the success of the debut albums by Duck Down artists Black Moon and Smif-N-Wessun, they entered a national distribution deal with Priority Records in 1995, until they were dropped from the label in 2000. They remained without distribution until 2002, when they signed a deal with leading independent distributor Koch Entertainment. In April 2005, they left Koch and signed a new distribution deal with the Navarre Corporation (Navarre has since been sold to Koch, once again bringing the Duck Down label back to being distributed by Koch Entertainment).

#22 Brasil Acai Bowl by Adelmo Jr & Lucio Mosquito

Adelmo jr and Lucio Mosquito are definitely açaí lovers from Brazil and they can’t live without it, but now you don’t have to go to Brazil to enjoy a nice and fresh açaí na tigela, you just go to Brasil Açaí Bowl in Huntington Beach, California.

Açaí na tigela (“açaí in the bowl”) is a typical Brazilian dish made of frozen and mashed açaí palm fruit from the Amazonian region. Its preparation in Brazilian southern and northeastern is different from how it is prepared in the Amazonian region. It is served like a smoothie in a bowl or in a glass, is commonly topped with granola, banana, and mixed with other fruits, besides the addition of guaraná syrup. Açaí na tigela is a very appreciated by gym goers and athletes. People from Amazonian region, in northern, usually eats a purest açaí with tapioca flour and fish.

It’s quite popular in Rio de Janeiro and also at northeastern coast, where it is sold in most kiosks lining the beach promenade as well as in corner juice bars throughout the cities.

#21-Fat Beats Los Angeles photoshoot

I had this photshoot for Raw Kulture clothing at Fat Beats in tribute as they are closing .

Sixteen years ago, Fat Beats opened its doors in New York City. The store, presently located on Lower Manhattan’s Sixth Avenue has been a staple in Hip Hop culture since. On top of being a leading retailer for vinyl and independent Hip Hop since its inception, Fat Beats has been a current and past employer to artists such as Ill Bill, Q-Unique and DJ Eclipse.

The Beat Junkies’ DJ Rhettmatic and J. Rocc have been employees of that store.

Rodrigo Petersen rides for Nike and as part of the Nike SB Dunk Low Brazil Custom Series with Fabio Cristiano and Cezar Gordo were each selected to create their own Nike SB Dunk Low. The Brazil Custom Series has gone unnoticed by the rest of the world, but is now beginning to gain popularity. Each individual shoe is inspired by pieces of a walkman. Featured here is the colorway designed by Rodrigo Petersen (his third model), which features a predominantly charcoal color scheme along with yellow and royal blue details.
